For a short time, I owned an Ace 100. It was not near as nice as this one, but at least you can see what it looked like. These were actually made up in Oregon, named after a mountain range, if I remember correctly. I always thought they were a japanese make, but they were not. Again, I don't recall what happened to this bike, I suppose I sold it to buy something else....

Def made in Japan. Group of guys in Oregon designed the bike around the Japanese Hodaka engine. Bikes were assembled in Japan, then imported to America through a company called PABATCO. Pacific Basin Trading Co. PABATCO was on the red tank emblem. Owned a ‘71 Ace 100 in high school. Bought it new for between $400-$500. Great little dirt bikes.
